This was the first of our seasonal brews and was so popular it stuck around.
We started with a balanced, lively blend of green, black, yerba mate & lemongrass matcha teas. It then ferments in small batches for 12-14 days and then is flavoured with whole grapefruit, organic limes & fresh mint. Once flavoured it ferments for an additional 3-5 days.
Ultra refreshing, light & lively base & bitter-sweet finish
