What is a SCOBY?
A SCOBY is a Symbiotic Colony Of Bacteria & Yeast. that starts the fermentation process by metabolising the sugar and caffeine creating an effervescent drink with probiotic properties that help balance the good and bad bacteria in our stomachs.
